How was she born? Rochester NY is known for it's beautiful Lilac's.  Every year we celebrate their beauty and fragrance.  We have done the same to this bar of spring!  Now you can have the Lilac season all year long!  She is made with Coconut and Olive oil, lye and distilled water.
